Access to this website is free of charge and implies acceptance of this legal notice. You agree to use it properly, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm the website or third parties.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this website (texts, photographs, videos, logo and design) belong to the owner or are used with permission. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express permission, except for personal and private use.
4. Liability and links
The owner tries to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the website will be available without interruption.
This website contains links to third-party services (Instagram and WhatsApp). The owner does not control their content and is not responsible for it; when you access them, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
5. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts according to the law; if you are a consumer, to the courts of your place of residence.
Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data are processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
This website has no forms or user accounts and does not collect personal data by itself. We only process the data you give us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: your name, phone number, email address, the content of your message and, if you hire a service from us, the data needed to provide and invoice it (for example, the address of the pool or the photos you send us).
In addition, when you visit the website, the server automatically logs technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page and browser) to keep it secure and working properly.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotes: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or your consent when you contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Providing and invoicing the services hired: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Server logs: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.
4. Retention
Data from enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow them up. If you hire a service, they are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (at least 4 years for tax purposes and 6 years for commercial purposes). Server logs are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law (for example, with the Spanish Tax Agency). The following may have access to them, as data processors and only to provide their service to us:
- the provider that hosts and maintains this website;
- Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers the website and protects it from attacks. It may process your IP address in the United States, under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
If you write to us via WhatsApp or email, those services (Meta and Google) also process the data under their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to piscinesaiguabrava@gmail.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. If necessary, we will ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe your data have not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
Our services are aimed at adults. If you are under 14, please do not send us any personal data.
